15.44.140 Pedestrian protection. Prior to the start of any demolition work on any building or structure located adjacent to public property, proper protection for pedestrians shall be provided. Such protection shall be as required in Chapter 44 of the Uniform Building Code and as required by Sections 15.40.020 and 15.04.030 of this title. (Prior code § 9.10.403)
