AUDIT REPORT.

in effect(a) The audit report prepared under Subchapter G , Chapter 49 , Water Code, shall be submitted at the first regular board meeting after the audit is completed.
(b) A copy of the audit report shall be filed:
(1) as required by Section 49.194 , Water Code;
(2) with the district's depository; and
(3) in the office of the auditor who performed the audit.
(c) The copies described by Subsection (b) must be open to public inspection, in accordance with Section 49.196 , Water Code.
