Condition of bond broken, officer may seize property — how sold. — When the condition of the bond shall be broken, as mentioned in section 513.160 , the officer may seize any property of the defendant subject to the execution, and sell the same, if personal property, on three days' notice; if real estate, on ten days' notice to satisfy the judgment.
