(225 ILCS 55/130) (from Ch. 111, par. 8351-130) (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027) Sec. 130. Order; certified copy. An order or a certified copy thereof, over the seal of the Department and purporting to be signed by the Secretary, shall be prima facie proof: (a) that the signature is the genuine signature of the Secretary; (b) that the Secretary is duly appointed and qualified; and (c) that the Board and its members are qualified to act.
