(805 ILCS 320/11) (from Ch. 21, par. 45) Sec. 11. For misconduct in office any of said trustees of said cemetery association may be removed from office by a court of competent jurisdiction, and any trustee of such an association who shall convert any funds of such association to his own use, or to a use other than that intended, shall be guilty of embezzlement and punished accordingly.
