"Virtual currency transaction"
Ind. Code § 28-8-7-7
in effectSec. 7. As used in this chapter, "virtual currency transaction" means:
(1) an exchange of virtual currency for:
(A) money;
(B) bank credit; or
(C) another form of virtual currency; or
(2) an exchange of:
(A) money; or
(B) bank credit;
for virtual currency;
conducted through a virtual currency kiosk.
