When is a State subject to a financial sanction under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act?
20 C.F.R. § 677.180
in effectEffective: 2024-07-01A State will be subject to financial sanction under WIOA sec. 116(f) if it fails to:
(a) Submit the State annual performance report required under WIOA sec. 116(d)(2); or
(b) Meet adjusted levels of performance for the primary indicators of performance in accordance with sec. 116(f) of WIOA.
