Ind. Code § 27-8-29-15.5
in effectSec. 15.5. Upon the request of a covered individual who is notified under section 15(d) of this chapter that the independent review organization has made a determination, the independent review organization shall provide to the covered individual all information reasonably necessary to enable the covered individual to understand the:
(1) effect of the determination on the covered individual; and
(2) manner in which the insurer may be expected to respond to the determination.
