(a) Paragraph (3) [now (2)] of section 2 of the Federal Home Loan Bank Act, as amended (12 U.S.C. 1422(3) [now 1422(2)]), is further amended by striking out the words ‘Territories of Alaska and Hawaii’ and inserting in lieu thereof the words ‘Territory of Hawaii’. “(b) Section 7 of the Home Owners’ Loan Act of 1933, as amended (12 U.S.C. 1466), is further amended by striking out the words ‘continental United States, to the Territories of Alaska and Hawaii’ and inserting in lieu thereof the words ‘continental United States (including Alaska), to the Territory of Hawaii’.
