§§ 73-54-1 through 73-54-39 , 73-53-3 , 73-53-8 , 73-53-10 , 73-53-11 and 73-53-13 . Sections 73-54-15 and 73-54-25 , included within the span of sections repealed by former § 73-54-41 , were repealed by Laws of 2011, ch. 462, effective from and after July 1, 2011.
