The district is composed of the territory described by Section 2, Chapter 268, Acts of the 53rd Legislature, Regular Session, 1953, as that territory may have been modified under: (1) Subchapter J , Chapter 49 , Water Code; (2) this subchapter or its predecessor statute, former Section 5, Chapter 268, Acts of the 53rd Legislature, Regular Session, 1953; or (3) other law.
