13.04.650 Filing of map. A map showing the size and location of all water pipes and hydrants installed pursuant to this chapter and stating the material of which such pipes are made and the date of their installation and approval shall be filed with the department and the fire department prior to the issuance of any occupancy permit under the provisions of the building code.
