(55 ILCS 5/3-5007) (from Ch. 34, par. 3-5007) Sec. 3-5007. Oath of deputies. Each deputy shall, before entering upon the deputy's duties, take and subscribe an oath or affirmation, in like form as is required of the recorder, which shall be filed in the office of the recorder.
