(510 ILCS 72/140) Sec. 140. Restoration of certificate. Any time after the suspension or revocation of a certificate, the Department may restore the certificate to the accused agency upon the written recommendation of the Department unless, after an investigation and a hearing, the Department determines that restoration is not in the public interest.
