In this chapter: (1) "Emergency medical services personnel" and "emergency medical services provider" have the meanings assigned by Section 773.003 . (2) "Law enforcement agency" has the meaning assigned by Article 59.01 , Code of Criminal Procedure. Added by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 541 (S.B. 344 ), Sec. 1, eff. June 9, 2017.
