Who is eligible for an award?
34 C.F.R. § 363.2
in effectEffective: 2024-07-01Any State that submits the documentation required by § 363.10, as part of the vocational rehabilitation services portion of the Unified or Combined State Plan under 34 CFR part 361, is eligible for an award under this part.
