54-12-14.1. Loans for law enforcement activities The attorney general may obtain unsecured loans from any financial institution in this state for the purpose of conducting the activities listed in subdivision a of subsection 1 of section 54-12-14. Any funds obtained under this section must be repaid at the end of each biennium and are not subject to appropriation limitations.
