(a) Not later than the 60th day of its fiscal year, a state agency, including the comptroller: (1) shall estimate the total value of contract awards the agency expects to make for that fiscal year that are subject to Section 2161.181 ; and (2) shall estimate the total value of contract awards the agency expects to make for that fiscal year under Chapter 2166 .
