Duties of the commission
Ind. Code § 2-5-35-6
in effectSec. 6. The commission shall work with the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws to:
(1) research;
(2) draft; and
(3) promote the enactment of;
uniform state laws in areas of state law where uniformity is desirable and practical.
