Nonresident guardian defined.
Nev. Rev. Stat. § 77.155
in effectNonresident guardian means a person who is not a resident of this State and who is appointed as guardian for a protected person pursuant to NRS 159.0613. As used in this section, guardian has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 159.017.
