“Gross weight” and “gross load” defined.
Miss. Code Ann. § 63-5-41
in effect“Gross weight” or “gross load,” as used in this chapter and elsewhere in this title, shall mean the actual weight of a vehicle, including all fixtures and equipment, plus any load being transported thereon.
