820 ILCS 405/405
in effect(820 ILCS 405/405) (from Ch. 48, par. 405) Sec. 405. When wages payable treated as wages paid. The Director may, for the purpose of determining benefit rights of a claimant, treat wages payable but unpaid as wages paid, where such wages are not paid because of the insolvency, bankruptcy, or other financial difficulty of the employer.
