510 ILCS 72/175
in effect(510 ILCS 72/175) Sec. 175. Home rule. The regulation and certification of euthanasia agencies and euthanasia technicians are exclusive powers and functions of the State. A home rule unit may not regulate or certify euthanasia agencies or euthanasia technicians. This Section is a denial and limitation of home rule powers and functions under subsection (h) of Section 6 of Article VII of the Illinois Constitution. (Source: P.A. 92-449, eff. 1-1-02.)
