60 ILCS 1/50-35
in effect(60 ILCS 1/50-35) Sec. 50-35. Further submission of proposition. The result of any vote on any referendum under Section 50-25 or 50-30 shall not be deemed a bar to the further submission of any proposition authorized in this Section. (Source: P.A. 88-62.)
