[En Laws, 1977, ch. 429, §§ 1-5] Editor’s Notes — Former § 9-15-1 established the judicial council and provided for its membership, terms, filling vacancies, organizational meeting, and officers. Former § 9-15-3 provided for meetings of the judicial council. Former § 9-15-5 fixed the duties of the judicial council. Former § 9-15-7 provided for the reimbursement of expenses of judicial council members. Former § 9-15-9 directed state and local officers and agencies and political subdivisions of the state to provide assistance and information to the judicial council upon request, but restricted the council from obtaining statutorily protected information or information not relevant to judicial functions.
