(a) The board shall adopt rules of procedure for the imposition of an administrative penalty. (b) Rules adopted under this section must conform to the requirements of Chapter 2001 , Government Code. (c) A proceeding to impose the penalty is considered to be a contested case under Chapter 2001 , Government Code. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1276, Sec. 14A.004(a), eff. Sept. 1, 2003.
