(1) Except as provided in RCW 53.36.160 (3), RCW 84.55.010 does not apply to a levy under RCW 53.36.160 . (2) For purposes of applying the provisions of this chapter, a levy by or for a port district under RCW 53.36.160 (3) must be treated in the same manner as a separate regular property tax levy made by or for a separate taxing district.
