3.152.050 Authorization of bonds. The city council may adopt a resolution authorizing the issuance of bonds in accordance with this chapter. Every issue of bonds must be payable from revenues of the enterprise for which capital improvement costs are being financed. (Ord. 2012-039 § 2)
