(a) Not later than the 20th day after the date the person receives the notice, the person may: (1) accept the recommendation of the director, including the recommended administrative penalty; or (2) make a written request for a hearing on the determination. (b) If the person accepts the director's determination, the director by order shall approve the determination and impose the proposed penalty.
