4.1-18.1-09. Subpoena - Hearing To regulate compliance with this chapter, the commissioner, in addition to other powers conferred upon the commissioner by this chapter, may issue subpoenas to any person, administer an oath or affirmation to any person, and conduct hearings in aid of any investigation or inquiry.
