6-09-05. Removal and discharge of appointees The industrial commission may remove and discharge any and all persons appointed in the exercise of the powers granted by this chapter, whether by the commission or by the president of the Bank. All appointments and removals contemplated by this chapter must be made as the commission deems fit to promote the efficiency of the public service.
