"Holding facility" defined

Sec. 15. As used in this chapter, "holding facility" means an area that: (1) is designated for the retention of human remains before cremation, including a cremation room; (2) complies with all applicable public health laws; and (3) preserves the health and safety of the crematory authority personnel.
