(110 ILCS 805/3-7.13) (from Ch. 122, par. 103-7.13) Sec. 3-7.13. More than one public measure may be submitted on the same ballot. No proposition under this Section which is substantially the same shall be submitted more than once every 2 months, except where the proposition is submitted as a consequence of a disaster, calamity or other Act of God.
