County welfare board to mean county board of social services

For any county which has adopted a resolution or ordinance pursuant to section 1 of this act, whenever the term "county welfare board" appears in the statutes it shall mean the "county board of social services." L.1979, c. 9, s. 2, eff. Feb. 5, 1979.
