Effect of act upon previously retired justices or judges
N.J. Stat. § 43:6-6.32
in effectThis act shall not increase the pension of any Chief Justice, justice or judge who has heretofore retired or the pension of any widow of a Chief Justice, justice or judge who has heretofore retired or died. L.1965, c. 74, s. 11.
