Mo. Rev. Stat. § 290.030
in effect290.030. Penalty. — Any person or persons, company or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of section 290.020 shall, on conviction, be fined in a sum not less than twenty-five dollars nor more than five hundred dollars.
