Ind. Code § 21-44-3.5-1 Eligible institution admissions; standardized test

Sec. 1. If an eligible institution requires a standardized admissions test for admission to a graduate or postgraduate health education program, the standardized test shall be: (1) required of all students seeking admission to the graduate or postgraduate health education program; and (2) focused on knowledge and critical thinking. Ind. Code § 21-44-3.5-2 Eligible institution admissions; non-open enrollment requirements

Sec. 2. All eligible institutions that are not open enrollment eligible institutions shall require: (1) "A" through "F" grade based assessments for each course required to graduate; or (2) another merit based system that: (A) assesses a student based on the quality of the student's academic work; and (B) is applied uniformly and equally to all students.
