13.10.240 Hazardous and infectious wastes. The city will not collect hazardous or infectious waste either alone or mixed with other refuse that normally would be collected by the city. Collection and removal of such wastes must be conducted in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations. (Ord. 2013-0009 § 3)
