Applicability.
Nev. Rev. Stat. § 645F.760
in effect1. Except as otherwise provided in this section, NRS 645F.500 and 645F.820 , the provisions of NRS 645F.600 to 645F.820 , inclusive, apply to covered institutions. For entities within a holding company or an affiliated group of companies, the provisions of NRS 645F.600 to 645F.820 , inclusive, apply at the organizational level of the holding company or affiliated group of companies that constitutes a covered institution.
2. To the extent permitted by federal law, the provisions of NRS 645F.600 to 645F.820 , inclusive, apply to an agency, or its successor, if the agency, or its successor, acts as a mortgage servicer.
