This part shall be known and may be cited as the Housing and Homeless Bond Act of 1990.

As used in this part, the following terms have the following meanings:
(a)
“Committee” means the Housing Committee created pursuant to Section 53202.
(b)
“Fund” means the Home Building and Rehabilitation Fund created pursuant to Section 53190.
