in effect487.140. Cooperative agreements with department of social services. — For the purpose of obtaining the maximum allowable federal financial participation funds, the family court of each circuit or a county therein with the approval of the circuit and associate circuit judges en banc may enter into a cooperative agreement with the department of social services.
