in effectThe purpose of the industrial zones is to accommodate a range of industrial and
manufacturing activities in designated areas to promote balanced land use and
provide flexibility in the design of new and redeveloped industrial projects, while
assuring high quality development and protecting land for industrial uses and limiting
nonindustrial uses.
