"Critical infrastructure"
Ind. Code § 1-1-16-3
in effectSec. 3. As used in this chapter, "critical infrastructure" means any part of:
(1) a facility, structure, or station listed in IC 35-46-10-1(a); or
(2) a military installation;
that is located in Indiana.
