An operator that has been issued a permit shall annually (i) contract with a certified public accountant to conduct an independent audit, consistent with the standards accepted by the Board of Accountancy; (ii) contract with a testing laboratory recognized by the Department to verify compliance with the provisions of subsection D of § 58.1-4202 ; and (iii) submit to the Department a copy of such reports required by clauses (i) and (ii). 2026, cc. 565 , 566 .
