Chapter violations
Ind. Code § 24-4-12-11
in effectSec. 11. A person who violates this chapter commits:
(1) a Class B misdemeanor on the first violation;
(2) a Class A misdemeanor on the second violation; and
(3) a Level 6 felony on the third and any subsequent violation.
