(20 ILCS 415/18) (from Ch. 127, par. 63b118) Sec. 18. Penalties. Any person who wilfully violates any provision of this Act or of the rules, other than Section 8b.7, shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor. Any person who wilfully violates any provision of Section 8b.7 or of the rules promulgated in accordance with the provisions thereof, shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor. Each violation shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. (Source: P.A. 85-372.)
