Nuclear pharmacy defined.
Nev. Rev. Stat. § 639.0097
in effectNuclear pharmacy means a pharmacy:
1. Where radiopharmaceuticals are stored, compounded or dispensed; and
2. Which is licensed by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission or the Division of Public and Behavioral Health of the Department of Human Services to handle radioactive materials.
