(110 ILCS 805/3-44) (from Ch. 122, par. 103-44) Sec. 3-44. Notwithstanding any provision of this Act to the contrary all retirement rights that had accrued to the benefit of a teacher prior to the time the teacher was first employed by a community college district shall continue in full force and effect as provided in Article 15 of the Illinois Pension Code.
