in effectThe following words and phrases when used in this chapter shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
"Acquiring agency." The term includes an agency or person that is carrying out a program or project to the extent that the agency or person causes a person to become a displaced person. Cross References. Section 901 is referred to in section 103 of this title.
