2.124.1050 Age of voluntary retirement for service by miscellaneous members. Any miscellaneous member of this plan who has completed at least five years of service in the aggregate and attains the age of fifty (50) years may voluntarily retire for service under such uniform procedures as may be prescribed by ordinance enacted by the council. (Prior code § 34.06.608)
